How do customers access their items after purchase to customize them?

There are two options in which customers can access their purchased items:

1/ riotemplate will immediately send an email message to the customer after purchasing an item in your shop. The message will contain a link they can use to log in to their purchased items and access them.

2/ Customers can access their purchased items directly from www.riotemplate.com by entering their order information.
